Sore Sore Sore
Everything is sore. Everything. Calves, shins, hamstrings, quads. Lower back, abs, traps, biceps and triceps. Neck.
I played hockey Wednesday night. Last night my trainer finished kicking what was left of my butt. Could barely lift my head off the pillow this morning.
Note to self: don’t schedule hockey and trainer back to back.
